Late Entries: You can CALL or EMAIL between Thursday night (9:01 p.m.) & Monday till 5:00p.m. Late Fees-$25.00 Flat rate per weekend and $10.00 per event per day. If you are already entered in the rodeo & are adding an event the $10.00 per event per day will apply.

Calf Roping, Breakaway, Steer Wrestling $30.00 per event
Barrels, Poles, Goats, Team Roping (each) $25.00 per event
$15.00 of the entry fees is jackpot fees, balance is to the rodeo committee

How to Enter by Email

You can now email your entry!

1. Email days: Tuesday 8:00 a.m. through Thursday 9:00 p.m. (11th, 10th, 9th days prior to Rodeo)

2. Email Must Have:

a.WRANGLER OR HIGH SCHOOL
b. Your Name
c. Your Back Number
d. Club
e. Rodeo Entering (ie. Lamar#1 and Lamar#2 or one specific rodeo)
f. Events you want to enter: (See below example)
1. Barrel Race
2. Pole Bending
g. Header/Heeler or Roper/Runner
h. Partners Name (Header/Heeler or Roper/Runner

After you email your entry you MUST receive a confirmation of entry, by email from Sherri Schlegel with confirmation number that needs to be brought to the rodeo in case of a problem. If you don’t receive one please email again or call.

If you DO NOT receive an email confirmation and you don’t know for sure that you are entered, you must call in your entry during regular call in times or you won’t be entered.

How to Call in your Entry

CSHSRA and CWJHD has a central entry set up to enter the rodeos. You MUST call CENTRAL ENTRY. Central entry is where you call the same person or number each time you want to enter a rodeo. PLEASE NOTE: There is only 1 phone line, call between (6:30-9:00pm).

  1. Call in days: Wednesday and Thursdays (9th and 10th day prior to Rodeo)
  2. I will Only take calls on this phone 970-653-0122.
  3. Call in times: 6:30pm-9:00pm Please check the time before you call as this numbers will not be answered before or after the stated times. Late Entries are taken from Thursday after 9:01pm until Monday at 5pm ONLY. Late Entries will be charged additional fees. If you have questions regarding a specific rodeo, stalls, camping, directions, etc., check the website and/or contact the published sponsor of that rodeo.
  4. To enter you will need to give:
    1. Your name
    2. Your CSHSRA card number
    3. Events you want to enter
    4. Rodeo you are entering (i.e. Lamar # 1 and Lamar # 2 or one specific rodeo)
  5. Entry secretary will give you a confirmation number. You must have this number if there is a problem with your entry. With out a confirmation number you will not have a case to argue.
  6. Team Ropers---Notice!!!
    1. When you enter advise if you head or heel and partners name.
    2. You may not enter your partner. He/She must call to enter themselves or draw out.
    3. You must find your own partner. You can not enter without a partner.
  7. Draw outs:

    If it is necessary for you to draw out you must call central entry before Monday at 5:00 pm prior to the rodeo. For high school or Wrangler call 1-970-653-0122 . This number will have a messaging center that will date and time stamp the message you leave. Please be specific as to what event and/or rodeo you are drawing out of, i.e. all events or just 1 or 2 and/or which day. If you do not call out you will be liable for all entry fees. When drawing out of a rodeo you are still responsible for paying all office fees.
