  • YOU WILL BE PARKED THIS YEAR! IF YOU PARK YOURSELF, YOU WILL BE MOVED. Please make sure you put the length of your Trailer if it is really long. All Stalls will also be assigned.
  • There will be people in charge of helping park everyone and directing you to your stalls.

    3. 1st Go is Worth-10 points
    4. 2nd Go is Worth-10 points
    5. Championship Round is Worth - 10 points
    6. Average is Worth-10 points
    7. You can earn 40 points at the State Finals per event.
    8. Team Events-When coming into the state finals, both team members points are added together.
    9. Top 4 in each event goes to Nationals10. In case of a tie, there will be a tie breaker - voted on by Board Fall 2017

JR HIGH STATE FINALS POINTS 2026

  1. 10 rodeos
    2. All of your All-Around Points Count
    3. 1st Go is Worth-10 points
    4. 2nd Go is Worth-10 points
    5. Championship Round is Worth - 10 points
    6. Average is Worth-10 points
    7. You can earn 40 points at the State Finals per event.
    8. Team Events-When coming into the state finals, both team members points are added together.

Example: Ribbon Roping-Joe 50 points/Jane 34 points, Now their points are 84 divided by 2 points. They can earn 10 points apiece so if they win the 1st go they receive 20 points as a team, but only 10 points goes towards their own All-Around.

9. Top 4 in each event goes to Nationals

10. In case of a tie, there will be a tie breaker - voted on by Board Fall 2017

In case of a ties at State Finals – Please see the following:

*1st Tie Breaker – Most Points from members Top 10 Rodeos, coming into Finals for that event.

*2nd Tie Breaker – Person with the Highest Average or Fastest total time in that event at the Finals.

*3rd Tie Breaker – Fastest Time or Highest Awarded Score in the Short Go.

*4th Tie Breaker – Coin Toss

The board will duplicate 4th/5th place awards, if there is a tie.

Ground Rule Loops- First two rounds: Breakaway 1 loop, Team Roping 2 loops, Tie Down 1 loop, Ribbon Roping 1 loop (all 3 rounds per rule book).

Short Go - Breakaway 2 loop, Team Roping 3 loops, Tie Down 2 loop, Ribbon Roping 1 loop (all 3 rounds per rule book).

All Timed Events 30 seconds

AWARDS – The Awards will be handed out in the Pavilion after rodeo is over- as soon as the Secretary has all points tallied and checked.  

IF YOU DIDN’T GET ANY POINTS DURING THE SEASON/OR AT STATE FINALS YOU DO NOT QUILIFY FOR NATIONALS (EVEN IF THERE IS LESS THAN 4 IN YOUR EVENT).
